All products on the Lizaypirlanta.com website are offered for sale under the guarantee of Lizay Diamond, together with their special certificates. You can have your product that will be repaired and/or maintained together with the Warranty Certificate. However, Lizay Diamond is always with you to provide the necessary support for you to use the products you purchased for many years.

In order for the products purchased from Lizaypirlanta.com to continue with their warranties, third parties and institutions other than Lizay Pırlanta should not interfere with the products in any way, size adjustment, repair, etc. they should not take action. Products that have been altered or tampered with are deformed due to storage conditions; Products that have been crushed and impacted as a result of misuse and damaged due to contact with any kind of chemical substance will be excluded from the warranty.

All shipping costs incurred during the repair of the products are borne by the customer.

Return Information
In order to cancel and return your order, you must first notify our support line at 444 50 74 and get the address information required to send the package back. All responsibility during the arrival of the package to us belongs to the consumer. After the product reaches us, your order will be canceled after the necessary examinations. If your order has not been sent to you, your order will be canceled as soon as you submit your request to our support line.

The provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer are applied in the product return transactions. The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to himself or the person/organization at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Lizaypirlanta.com by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product must not be used. In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice with the copy of the cargo delivery report indicating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the Customer has been sent to Lizaypirlanta.com. The product price is returned to the customer within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned.

The customer cannot use the right of withdrawal for products that are produced in accordance with the customer's special requests and demands or that have been personalized by making changes or additions. For this reason, since it will be adjusted according to the finger size chosen by the customer during the order, all rings, products with writing on or inside the gold parts in line with the customer's wishes, all products produced in line with the customer's wishes are included in the scope of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

The order you want to return, the product, invoice, waybill, certificate, product box, packaging and all other documents and materials must be sent to the address we will inform you, as they were sent to you. During the return shipment, the responsibility of the product and the documents and materials sent with the product or any similar depreciating situation due to reasons arising from the cargo companies or the customer performing the return process belongs to the customer who makes the return. In case you carry out the return process without getting approval from Lizaypirlanta.com, your return transaction will not be accepted and your shipment will not be received.

After the return is received, it is examined by experts whether the return conditions are fulfilled. If the return is approved, within 7 days, the price of the products will be returned to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, or to the bank account if it was given via wire transfer/EFT. It takes between 1-4 weeks for your refund to reflect on your credit card account.
